- Early Bird Registration: USD 535 before January 31st, 2027
- Regular Registration: USD 600 before March 31st, 2027

- Virtual Participant (Non-Presenter): USD 200 before March 31, 2027

How to Pay Registration Fee
The registration fee can be paid online via PayPal or by Bank Transfer. Please note that additional fee of USD 85 will be charged for payment of fee by international wire transfer and US$30 by local US bank transfer. This is to cover international and national transfer charges. Further details will be sent to you with the abstract acceptance email after your abstract is accepted for oral presentation.
Refund
In case you have paid the registration fee and are unable to attend the conference for any reason, you will need to let us know by March 31, 2027. Only 50% amount will be refunded to you either by PayPal or by Bank Transfer. 50% of the registration fee will be deducted in order to meet the administrative and bank transfer charges.
